Rules for using Plot Eval.
Plot Eval is decision-support software for property research and organization. You may use it to upload property data, enrich it with GIS and other sources, organize research, and export data for your own analysis. You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The platform is not an advisor or broker; signals and grades are analytical indicators only, and you must independently verify data.
You may not: use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; upload data you do not have the right to use; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' data; overload or disrupt the Service; use the Service to provide investment, legal, or financial advice to others based on Plot Eval outputs; or represent that Plot Eval or its outputs constitute professional advice or recommendations.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these policies. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
